About refluent
refluent is a newsletter exploring software quality and the future of intelligent automation.
With so much noise around AI, it’s not always clear what’s relevant. Here I share my own learnings in practical form: ways to adapt and build automation systems that can evolve without losing reliability. Whether it’s software quality, performance testing, or workflow automation, I try to ground each post in real practices that stand the test of change.
I chose the name re·fluent to suggest adapting to change. Like learning a new language, fluency takes time and steady effort. This newsletter is where I work through that process, by sharing the techniques and patterns that help me build dependable systems, and clarifying my own thinking by working in public.
